Let Them Talk
Building a healthier democracy through youth dialogue.
In an age shaped by AI, social media, culture wars, and rising mental health challenges, Let Them Talk gives young people the space and tools to reconnect in person and engage meaningfully with the issues that matter to them.
We are a nonprofit dedicated to helping young people develop the art and skill of dialogue, reducing polarisation, and strengthening democratic engagement.
Dialogue is democracy in practice. By building this skill, young people learn how to engage across differences, think critically, and find common ground in an increasingly divided world.
Drawing on professional acting training, extremism prevention, and community cohesion practice, we design creative programmes that build emotional, digital, and civic literacy.
At core, we build the capacity to stay present, curious, and connected in conversation and exploring ideas.
We don’t tell young people what to think.
We help them practise how to think together.
