Young people are often told they should “talk about things”, but are rarely given guidance on how to do so effectively. Our approach teaches the practical skills of dialogue: how to listen actively, express clearly, and navigate difficult conversations with curiosity and care, turning the abstract expectation to “talk” into a real, learnable capability.
